Nashua, NH, June 22, 2026 — Elm Grove Companies is proud to join developer Tamposi Brothers Holdings, LLC and its partners in celebrating the completion and ribbon-cutting of Avery Lane Apartments, Phases I and II, a new 95-unit affordable housing community now leasing and professionally managed by Elm Grove Companies. Located at 5 Avery Lane, Nashua, NH, off East Hollis and Crown Streets overlooking the Merrimack River, the property consists of 95 brand-new, safe, clean, and affordable 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in two four-story elevator buildings with a community room and outdoor amenities.


Relative to Phase I, a 32-unit 9% LIHTC project, Stratford Capital Group arranged for $7.7 million of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Investment Tax Credit (ITC) equity investments to fund the project's construction. In addition, the project obtained $7.9 million of construction financing provided by TD Bank, N.A., $409,000 of construction/permanent financing from New Hampshire Housing via the Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA) InvestNH program, and $2.9 million of permanent financing provided by New Hampshire Housing with participation lender Eastern Bank. New Hampshire Housing's construction financing is part of the InvestNH-BEA Capital Grant Program allocated to New Hampshire Housing to spur the creation of affordable housing across the state.


Relative to Phase II, a 63-unit 4% LIHTC project, Stratford Capital Group arranged for $8.1 million of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Investment Tax Credit (ITC) equity investments to fund the project's construction. In addition, the project obtained $11.8 million of construction/permanent financing provided by New Hampshire Housing via a Tax-Exempt bond financing, $1.9 million of construction/permanent financing from New Hampshire Housing via the HOME-ARP funding program, and $1.7 million of construction/permanent financing from New Hampshire Housing via the Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) program.

Burnell Johnson Architects, PLLC, out of Hopkinton, served as the project architect, and TF Moran, Inc., of Bedford, served as the civil engineer. Hutter Construction Corp. out of New Ipswich provided general contracting services. Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green, P.A. out of Manchester served as legal counsel.
